Powder Coating Process

There are four parts to the powder coating process.

Metal Preparation:

Sandblast.

Pressure washing.

Hand washing.

Phosphate wash.

Powder Spraying:

Electrically charge part.

Spray Powder On. 

Curing:

Bake in oven at 350 - 400 degrees for manufacturer's suggested time.
